Policies & Requirements

Pre-Entry Evaluation

Each pet is evaluated physically and temperament checked before being accepted for boarding or daycare. All American Pet Resorts reserves the right to deny services to any pet we deem unhealthy or unsafe to our staff and other guests.


Health Requirements

To guarantee the safety of every pet boarding with us, All American Pet Resorts requires your dog to have the following vaccinations:

  • Bordetella
  • Distemper/Parvo Virus
  • Rabies
  • Influenza

To protect your pet further, we recommend heartworm and fecal testing according to the schedule recommended by your veterinarian.

Written verification of up-to-date vaccines is required from your vet 48 hours before entering the resort.


Hours

We are staffed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year!

Lobby Hours

  • Monday-Saturday: 8am – 7pm
  • Sunday: 12pm – 7pm

* Boarding check-in and check-out outside normal lobby hours is available. The fee for before-hours check-in or after-hours check-out is $40.

* Daycare drop-off and pick-up outside normal lobby hours is available. Before-hours drop-off is available at no cost. The fee for after-hours drop-off is $5.

Please allow 10-15 minutes for check-in process.

Holidays

Our lobby is closed on all national holidays.


CANCELLATION POLICY AS OF 2019

Our boarding facility has limited space and is frequently at 100% occupancy. This forces us to turn potential boarders away. When clients pick-up their dogs early, cancel reservations, or change reservations without adequate notice (5 days), it is frequently too late for us to fill the space that we reserved for them because the boarders that we turned away have already made other arrangements. This causes us to lose a tremendous amount of income. Due to the loss of revenue as a result of no-shows, untimely cancellations, schedule changes, and early pick-ups, we have implemented the following cancellation policies.

Cancellation Policy for All American Pet Resort Royal Oak

ALL RESERVATIONS MUST BE SECURED BY A VALID CREDIT CARD

We require at least 5-day notice for cancellations or reservation schedule changes. When we are unable to re-book the space that is reserved for your dog due to inadequate notice, we will charge your credit card a $50 dollars cancellation fee for each suite reserved.

Holiday Time and Peak Season Cancellation Policy

ALL RESERVATIONS MUST BE SECURED BY A VALID CREDIT CARD

All reservations made for any major holidays or spring break/Winter break require $50-dollars per suite.

$50-dollar NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT that credits to your account for future stay

Clients that cancel holiday reservations without at least 5 DAYS NOTICE WILL AUTOMATICALLY FORFEIT THE DEPOSIT

Any dates modified after the 5-day notice or during your pets stay you will forfeit your $50-dollar deposit.
