Boarding Reservations *NEW, RELIABLE, FAST!*

Clients who have witnessed the effort we put into bringing this convenience to our public can attest to how difficult the task was to accomplish. Over the past year we have searched for the best ways to assure your ability to communicate at minimum your desire for a reservation 24 hrs a day.

While we eagerly await the ability to take attachments and book reservations on the same screen, please email a copy of your records if you know or are unsure if we need a current copy to info@allamericanpetresortsro.com.

Please download and read our Boarding Contract and our Group Play Contract if you would like to review them in advance. We will provide you a hard copy to sign at the facility during the first stay and every couple of years. Emailing us your paperwork helps speed up the process for some and allow others more time.

HERE ARE THE STEPS:

If we have set you up at the location:

1. Your email is attached to your account 

2. Your password unless requested otherwise created is your "last name" + digits "12" (not case-sensitive; SMITH12, Smith12, smith12 are acceptable, NO SPACES; for Mary Lou enter marylou, for Ted E enter tede, etc.)

3. Enter requested dates and only enter times if you are sure what they will be.

4. Enter special requests, special services desired, request a grooming with your stay, and enter any feedback as to how we can continue to make your experience with us the greatest possible in pet services. 

5. Assuming your account setup was confirmed prior and you have received and used the proper credentials, a confirmation is sent to your email in minutes.

 

Lastly, If the system bounces back that we do not have space available PLEASE call us. This being a new system the amount of online reservations currently allotted is a conservative one.
